Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aipromptsidekick.app (the "Site") operated by AI Prompt Sidekick ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AI Prompt Sidekick provides a library of AI prompts designed for K-12 educators. Prompts are text templates intended for use with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar services. We are not affiliated with any AI tool provider.

2. Accounts

• You may browse the Site without an account. Some features (full prompt access, favorites) require signing in with Google.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Full access to all prompts requires a paid annual subscription.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of your paid period.
• Refund requests made within 30 days of purchase will be honored. Contact us at jeff@aipromptsidekick.app.

4. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use prompts for your own teaching, lesson planning, and educational purposes.
• Modify and adapt prompts to fit your classroom needs.
• Share individual prompts with colleagues for educational use.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or republish the prompt library in bulk.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download the prompt collection.
• Use automated tools to access the Site in a way that disrupts the service.
• Misrepresent the prompts as your own original product for commercial sale.

5. Intellectual Property

The prompt texts, site design, and content are owned by AI Prompt Sidekick. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the prompts for educational purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the content.

6. Disclaimer

Prompts are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the output you'll receive from any AI tool when using our prompts. AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a qualified educator before use with students. We are not responsible for the output of third-party AI tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Prompt Sidekick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or prompts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. User Content

If you submit content to the Site (testimonials, feedback, school interest forms), you grant us permission to use that content for marketing and service improvement. You retain ownership of your submissions but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use them.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
